Letter from the Management
Orange and Lemons Disbandment
Orange and Lemons has disbanded. The band’s parting of ways became
official last September 29, 2007. The letter of disbandment was agreed
upon and accepted by band manager Bong Baluyot of No Seat Affair! and
the band Orange and Lemons.
Signed by Mcoy, Clem, JM and Ace, the letter of disbandment stated "We
finally decided to disband due to individual and musical differences
with each other. This decision is collectively made and approved by
all of us and thus, seek pre-termination of artist contract."
The disbandment letter was accepted and approved by their record
company- Universal Records- and they also released their official
statement regarding this matter.
Orange and Lemons’ has come to a sudden end just when the song "Fade"
is being played in some radio stations. "Fade" is the final single
from the album Moonlane Gardens to be released by Universal Records.
Orange and Lemons’ latest and last album Moonlane Gardens is still
available in all record stores nationwide.
Mcoy, Clem, JM and Ace now have their own career plans and are hoping
for their friends’ continued support.
To all the fans, friends and families of the band, we all thank you
for all the support you have given us.

Dear Friends,
The recent ballyhooed misunderstanding between me and my band matesincluding No Seat Affair and Universal Records has yet to reach aconclusion.
I'm sorry if it took me a while to post anything official since I amstill trying to assess the situation and settle our differences. Timeis a very important element. I assure you that this is not a publicitygimmick.
However, our scheduled performances in the United States will pushthrough and I will be joining the band on stage once more which I hopewill delight many of our fans in the West Coast.
Here are the tour schedules:
July 29 - East County Performing Arts, San DiegoAugust 4 - The Grove, Aneheim, Los AngelesAugust 10 - Solitas Restaurant, San FranciscoAugust 11 - Plaza Hotel Ballroom, Las Vegas
We will be performing alongside MYMP.
Our album Moonlane Gardens is still available and I hope, despite ofthe dust-up, you and your friends/family will not deprive yourselvesof that unique listening experience and pleasure one can only get fromOrange & Lemons. After all we are only but human and we do makemistakes as well. Mistakes that are sometimes huge and there isnothing left to do but accept, pick ourselves up, learn from it andbe a better person.
To end this I would like to share a few lines i wrote and read in therecording of our song "Tomorrow" from the album Strike Whilst The IronIs Hot:"Look into the eyes of the PresentAnd anticipate the jollities and challenge tomorrow could bring. The Past is unimportantThere will be time to recallThe enigmatic and beautiful process called LifeWhen you realize everything indeed do happen for a reason."
Much love and fervor,
ClementineOrange & Lemons
